Sandy came me in extremely bad shape.
He had been paddocked in the same place as Missy for a long time and had not received the care he required to stay healthy. He took a little longer to respond than Missy as he was quite a bit older. He also had some unresolved issues in his back, pelvis and front hoof bilateral lameness.
Sandy on Day 1
Despite his physical issues he responded really well to changes in his management and an appropriately mineral balanced diet. He went from a dull, very sad and sore old fellow to a bright sparky and very shiny stunning horse! So stunning in fact that I decided to let him carry me into my ceremony on my wedding day!
It was a truly rewarding experience to bring this lovely old fellow back from the brink and give him health and wellness in his senior years. He is living out his years as a much-loved companion horse.

This is Breeze. Breeze was as in poor condition and had been neglected when I first picked him up. I focussed on improving his diet and he received daily minerals along with a small carrier feed and good quality grass and pasture.
